1. Acceptance

By using any AutoniVest website, joining the Founders programme, or using Ask Circino, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service — and let us know at [email] if something here doesn't sit right with you; we'd rather hear about it.

2. What we provide

AutoniVest publishes the Project Sponsor Series — books on investment governance and project sponsorship — under the AutoniPress imprint, and operates Ask Circino, an AI companion that answers reader questions grounded in the series. We also run a Founders programme inviting practitioners to contribute their experience to the books in exchange for credit and early access.

3. The Founders programme

Your contribution stays yours until you approve it. When you take part in an interview, nothing you say is published until you've reviewed the specific passage drafted from it and given your sign-off. You can withdraw a contribution at any point before that sign-off, no explanation needed.
Credit is your choice. You choose how you're credited — by name, by initials, or anonymously — and that choice is recorded and honoured.
Publication licence. Once you approve a passage, you grant AutoniVest a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish it as part of the series (in print, digital, and any future edition), in the form you approved. You keep ownership of your own story and experience — you're licensing us to print it, not signing it away.
What you get. The specific benefits of the Founders tier you sign up for (for example, complimentary copies, early access, referral credit) are as described on the signup page at the time you join. We'll honour what was offered when you signed up.

4. Ask Circino — please read this one

Ask Circino is an AI assistant. It's grounded in the content of the Project Sponsor Series and is genuinely useful for understanding the ideas in the books — but it is not a substitute for professional advice, and it does not know the specifics of your project, your organisation, or your legal and financial position.

Nothing Circino says is investment, financial, legal, or professional advice. Don't make a real investment, governance, or project decision on the strength of a chat reply alone.
Circino can be wrong. Like any AI system, it can misunderstand a question or state something inaccurately with confidence. Treat its answers as a starting point for your own thinking, not a final word.

5. No investment or financial advice

Nothing published by AutoniVest — in the books, on this site, or through Ask Circino — constitutes financial product advice under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) or any equivalent law in your jurisdiction. The Project Sponsor Series teaches investment governance concepts and frameworks; it does not recommend any specific investment, security, or financial product, and is not tailored to your personal financial circumstances.

6. Intellectual property

The text, structure, frameworks, and branding of the Project Sponsor Series, and the AutoniVest, AutoniPress, AutoniPlan, AutoniPrac, and Circino names and marks, belong to AutoniVest Pty Ltd. You may quote and reference the published books under normal fair-use conventions; you may not reproduce, republish, or resell substantial portions without our written permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AutoniVest excludes all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, and our liability for anything arising from your use of our sites, books, or Ask Circino is limited to, at our choice, re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Indemnity

If you submit content as part of the Founders programme (your interview, your story, any material you provide), you confirm it's genuinely yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights, and you agree to cover AutoniVest for any loss we incur if that turns out not to be true — for example, if a third party makes a claim because content you gave us wasn't actually yours to give. This doesn't apply to honest mistakes or opinions; it's aimed at knowingly misrepresenting whose material it is.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the products evolve. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for any change that materially affects Founders programme members, we'll make a reasonable effort to let existing contributors know directly.

10. Governing law
